What is your favorite very low calorie food?

Cabbage, im literally obsessed right now4

Mango, pineapple, bananas, grapes...all lower calorie than say Reese's or Snickers but among the higher fruits...just my luck.1
-
Literally any edible berry.5
-
Right now, spaghetti squash, brussels sprouts, sparkling water, and Coke Zero.2

Oh, and steamed artichoke. They are so expensive and take so long to steam tho.0

Do you dip the artichoke in anything? I've avoided them because I like to dip in butter and/or mayo, which begins to negate the low calorie aspect of them.2 -
it's a tie.
Spaghetti squash or mushrooms. Or even better, spaghetti squash with mushrooms.6 -
Veggies... especially cabbage, zucchini, spinach and cauliflower1

I used to chill them and then use a little ceasar dressing, but now I’ve gotten to where I like them with just some lemon juice and salt/pepper.
I’m trying to change my mentality and let myself enjoy more of my favorite expensive low cal treats.4 -
Sugar free jelly (jello to the Americans...)
And zucchini. Zucchini finds its way in to nearly everything I make

This was mine, specifically mushrooms. I love mushrooms in any form. Made mushroom fajitas a few days ago.
Honorable mention to pickles, spinach, blueberries, and coke zero.0 -
There's this salad I've been making lately that is sooooo good and low-cal.
It's basically: thin-sliced cucumber, diced fresh jalapeno, shredded carrot and green onion tossed in a bit of rice wine vinegar, sweet chili thai sauce and a little Sriracha.8 -
Pureed vegetable soups1
-
Broccoli, cauliflower, grapes and sugar free jelly0
-
Pickles, coffee, tea... I don't really like a lot of vegetables, but I love me some very low calorie dranks.
Sriracha is an excellent low calorie sauce to add to things... Uh, but not coffee or tea!2 -

This sounds great and I'm stealing it as a salad base idea. Giant salads are my favourite dinner item followed closely by hot sauce.4 -
Cucumbers, kelp noodles, greens, pickles, sauerkraut, pickled okra, jalapenos, hot sauce, cabbage, coffee, tea, diet soda, cauliflower, mushrooms, and broccoli.0
-
pickled anything.2
-
Watermelon and rice cakes.1

You can use nori to wrap sandwich ingredients in a pinch. Look up onigirazu recipes! You can even skip the rice and use shredded cabbage or lettuce instead.1
-
Sugar free jello. A whole container is 20-40 calories. Or Diet rootbeer. Or homemade hot cocoa (Only 50 calories)2
-
Caramel rice cakes at 50 calories apiece!1
-
Pickles1
-
Berries and popcorn1
-
Always mushrooms! I go to the woods and find my own and I love them all.
Raspberries.
Cauliflower - roasted, raw, mashed, riced I don't care. Get in my belly, cauliflower.
Now I need to go pick up some cauliflower.6 -
I haven't had roasted cauliflower in too long. Need to add that to my upcoming meals...2
-
Pickles and Blueberries2
-
Currently going through a carrot phase...although the hummus adds some extra cals1
-
The last few days I had a handful of grape tomatoes, several cornichons, and several Greek olives for an afternoon snack. Hummus or cottage cheese with a few Ak-Mak high fiber crackers is a good snack, too.1
-
Pickles, popcorn, baby carrots, jarred olives (usually like 5 for 25 calories but I can easily eat 100 of them), scallops, egg whites, brussels sprouts...2
