Have you ever...

Have you ever gotten so far off track and eaten so bad and felt so bad that you don't even want to wait for Monday to get back on Trac, lol??? Starting back on track tomorrow...just can't handle feeling like this after 3 weeks of throwing caution to the wind and eating whatever, whenever and however much I want, I am RUNNING back to CICO tomorrow.

Yes! My kids and I stayed at the great wolf lodge a few years ago on a military trip. By the last day my then 9 year old daughter ask me in all seriousness “will you eat the chocolate off the chocolate covered strawberries so I can just have the strawberry?” We were all miserable and ready for a salad :)

Oh, I never plan on just staying off track for days or "until Monday" or whatever...if I overeat I always plan on getting right back on the horse.

People who wait for tomorow or monday are making excuses and most the time wont restart again monday and will likely stuff themselves extra to prepare for "monday" ....Weekly....forever. Even tomorow means your likely to sit there tonight and eat all the stuff ....excuses.

My goal all along has been to make long term changes, so there's no "track" to get off of. I focus on my deficit weekly and monthly. If I eat a lot one day, then I ate a lot one day. If I'm still in a deficit overall, then no problem.

But I do agree that if you have to have a track, don't wait for Monday to get back on it!

I take each day as a new day.
