I use to eat out like every day. (This was like 2 weeks ago) So I still struggle with this goal, but I am cutting back. Hopefully soon I can say I only eat out on special occasions or never.

Thank you all for the great suggestions. I definitely have to go grocery shopping soon. Won't lie I am a bit skeptical about the spaghetti squash because it's a veggie I haven't used. But in it to win it so I have to be open to new things. Thanks again!

Thank you Nikkelly72. I've only known about it a couple of months. So I'm not sure if it will hender my weight loss goals in any way, but I do know it is harder to get pregnant. Especially if I'm over weight.
