Back at it again

I use this app off and on. I have gone from about 260 pounds to now 185 pounds. My goal weight is 140 pounds. In July I was at my lowest which was 170 pounds, but then I started living with my boyfriend and it became harder to stick to my diet. I have gained 15 pounds since moving in with him, and an now I'm trying to get back into shape. What I am trying to accomplish is overall health. No real set goal date, but hoping to fit back into my jeans comfortably by the beginning of 2017.

    Indeed. Sounds like my journey too. I was 201 lbs two years ago when I went to the doctor and I got inspired to get fit again. I'm at 168 after a divorce and moving to a new state. I've tried a lot of different methods and finding what works is a challenge but I can't give up and be 201 lbs again. Consistency is key.

    Please help me to Make this work, I am looking at all these food but only can eat 1,500cal. I am a big eater, I can eat up to 1000cal in one meal. I feel hungry...
