Thanks all...exercise isn't new to me but this AMOUNT of exercise is...and I have been using weights. Was just kinda sad when I weighed after a week of hard work and the scales went up and not down :( Hopefully it is just water weight etc...

Thanks everyone :) Yep...using 8 lb weights so hopefully that will help...we are going to Disney and then the beach in 39 days and I'm trying to lose a little weight and tone up as quickly as possible!! I've even given up my wine
