I personally like Premium features like the Food analysis, Nutrients, and Calories by meal. I also feel the Newsfeed and articles are better with Premium.

Natural sugars from fruit is not a concern; its the added sugars in our foods that we need to watch. I usually subtract my natural sugars from whole foods (carrots, potatoes, bananas, etc) from my total sugar intake.

11 lbs in 2 weeks is a reasonable goal. Be easy on yourself though if you need to take longer and lose 1 lb a week.

I agree, perhaps start with your physician and a nutritionist.

I might suggest looking into healthy fats through nuts, avocados, oils. Add some spices and seasoning. Try new recipes and food choices.
