Many battles are won or lost at the grocery store--If you don't bring it home it isn't there when the craving starts! I agree with TeaBea above.

I’ve done it and concur!

Any tips or insights you want to share? Congratulations

Lovely smile! Well done!

Congratulations on your first week! The most helpful thing I can tell you is just keep logging. When you aren’t perfect—which happens to us all sooner or later—keep on logging. You got this!

You are lovely. Thanks for sharing your story. I am impressed with your persistence!

It is encouraging to hear about 90 pounds lost over 4 years! I’m a slow loser as well so this is very inspiring.
-
Thanks for this! I’m down 43 pounds at 11 months in but have stalled out lately. Appreciate the message.

Congratulations and thanks for sharing! You are definitely in for the long haul!

Happy scale

I went for a walk at 3 in the afternoon when it was 89 degrees. Meh. No biggie.

Thank you for sharing your story. I needed to hear it right this minute! Especially the part about not giving up as future me would thank current me. You are absolutely transformed and I hope your brain catches up with your body soon. You were a lovely bride and look both healthy and beautiful now.

I have lost 41 of the 90 pounds I want to lose, have been lifting weights, walking and counting calories. So many changes for the better.... I am off BP medication with a normal BP, I can spring up and down the stairs, my balance is better- when I was heavier I used the stair railing, now no concerns for a misstep. The…

-
Wow what a difference! Bet you feel great.

Wow, just wow! Thanks for sharing your story and the lessons you learned. Life sure is an adventure

Thanks for posting-- I am working on losing my "baby weight" as my youngest turns 21! I love the pic of you and your girls, and the end pic--clearly your weight training is doing great things for you. I also appreciate your higher calorie intake still resulting in weight loss--we don't have to be extreme to succeed!

What a fabulous start. I bet you feel so much better!

Is it on a hard surface? Some of them need to be tapped to adjust to zero before you weigh

Great! You must be a shorty! What a difference

I found scars on my knee caps—my husband knew they were there but I hadn’t been able to see them.

Congratulations and thanks for sharing your story. What a change for the better you have made. My husband is diabetic and has been using MyFitnessPal along with me. Stories about coming off diabetes meds always inspire me! Well done

No one told me I could still screw up occasionally and still be successful at losing weight. Perfection is overrated!

Good job! Doesn’t it feel great

I do StrongLifts and kettlebells at home. Have to buy some weights to start but it has made a big difference in my shape.

I agree with TavistockToad, just pick your self up and get back on program--for me personally I can't do a 1200 calorie diet, after a few days I will go overboard. You may want to consider losing a bit slower and be much happier with the process.
