Just Wow!!

I have had the same experience lately with the floaty shirts. The other day my shirt was exposing far more bosom than appropriate and I had to put it in the donate pile. I keep saying to my husband this shirt got longer or this shirt grew! He corrects me with a smile!

I made chocolate cake today. Then gluten free chocolate cake for my daughter who is visiting. Then cream cheese chocolate frosting. I had about 4 tablespoons of cake batter and felt queasy. Taking a pass on the rest. The NSV is I do not feel even slightly deprived!!!!

No gimmicks, no crazy diets, just taking one day at a time. Even if you're feeling discouraged, just keep at it!! Thanks for this message! You look great

You have really been through a lot! I don’t know you but I am so proud of you for getting stronger and stronger! Blessings and thanks for sharing.

Great job!

I went to put on some linen slacks that had been some of my goal pants for a nice lunch out and had to bust out laughing. They were so loose my husband said they looked like old lady pants! Guess I missed the window on wearing them for Spring!

I love this!! I started 7 months ago in about the same spot, and aspire to be where you are in 5 more months—guess I’m gonna need to try some kale!!!

Don't aim for perfection. Just start logging everything you eat, good days and bad, make it a habit like brushing your teeth--just something you do.
-
Wow thanks for sharing. Your sweet son had it right when he said "Aim for not giving up"

I have simple and sinister but will check the video. Thanks again. This is such a great community for support!

Thanks for the feedback--I am doing swings but have not been packing my shoulders down, also suspect I am doing more of a squat than a hinge. Thanks for the feedback--I will rewatch the videos and give it another try.

Wow. What a victory day for you. Congrats on the self restraint and Onderland!!! Your cupcake bouquets are lovely!

I do the same thing-- I have lost 35 pounds, last time around it was 36 then quit and regained! I think I get lazy when I start to feel better and look "pretty good" This time I'm in for the long run. Feel free to add me as a friend!

You sir look twenty years younger. Congratulations

I agree with the poster above. Also, I have found it really helpful just to keep logging even when I am eating things that are going to push my calories too high. Yesterday was an emotional day, I went over but logged each bite, somewhere along the way the reason I log resurfaces and I quit eating. Ended the day eating at…

I have a similar goal, but a few more to lose the get there--started tracking here July 15th and am down 35 pounds. I understand it is really hard to be patient but if you keep going the pounds lost will accumulate. You (hopefully) are working on a new lifestyle that you can keep up indefinitely. I tell myself just to keep…

Today’s NSV for me is I don’t need to take ibuprofen. I used to need to treat back aches every workday by about noon—-haven’t need to in the last week! I credit it to losing 33 pounds and lifting weights. Squats and deadlifts are my friends.
-
Thank you for sharing your inspiring story. I was feeling a bit bummed yesterday about the slowness of this whole process. You are absolute proof that it pays off! Your eyes and smile light up your face! Congratulations

Food scale! In season fruit--currently a lot of tangerines for me, premier protein shakes, deli ham, greek yogurt, sour dough bread and on it goes. Eat what you like that also keeps you satiated and you will be able to keep it up!!

Down a size in scrubs. All of a sudden everyone notices my weight loss. I’ve been working at it for 6 months and today I get asked if I’m taking diet pills! Nope just plain old boring CICO!
-
I’ve lost 33 pounds in 6 months. My inspiration to start was my daughter getting married. I’ve been mostly on 1700 -1800 calories a day. Lots of walking and weightlifting.
-
Wow!!!
-
Thanks for sharing very inspiring
-
Congratulations
-
That’s great. How long have you been at this if I may ask?
-
You look much slimmer and you are so much healthier! Keep on keeping on

I’m down 33 lbs and on half the med. 6 months in. Some people will be able to go off completely, some may not. Getting healthy will definitely make your life better! Welcome
