I'm partially Paleo ha ha - but last night I had 2 cups of organic baby spinach with lemon juice and 8 ounces of sockeye salmon grilled and 2 hard-boiled eggs. it was very yummy I have to say and very easy to throw together on a work night! Feel free to add me as a friend - love to swap recipes

I avoid McD like the plague. Empty calories and it always leaves me feeling ill when I ate it. You should google what their food really consists of and trust me, you won't be worried about earing there again. I'm not against all fast food (I'll have a burger or chicken sandwich from Wendy's from time to time) but never McD.
