Using Tracker - should I enable negative calories?
I'm 189 lbs, 5,3", set at not very active - up to about 6000 steps a day (desk job, most steps are done on a treadmill in the morning, I'd say half of them) after a 30 minute walk this morning approximately 3500 steps I turned my negative calories on and he gave me 270 extra calories for the day. OK I'm confusing myself! If I am already on a deficit choosing to lose 1 pound a week AND I have my Jawbone tracker on. All day so I have also set MFP to enable negative calories. Am I "double deficiting" myself

SUGAR - The culprit!
Is anyone else watching their sugar intake? I've been tracking my sugar like a bloodhound and have noticed significant losses (approx 2 lbs a week) and other changes - such as sleeping better, MORE energy (if you could believe that? and I generally don't feel like crap anymore.
