Hello!

Hi everyone! Im 52 years old and had OHS in June 2019 for a genetic heart condition called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. Im doing great but looking to get alot if weight off without being able to do high impact cardio. I understand the calories in/ calories out idea and it makes sense to me. I do walk and go to cardiac rehab at the gym so im not sedentary by any means :)
