I had three high risk back to back c-sections in 2005, 2006 and 2007. For me, I lost a lot of my core strength and have absolutely zero nerve sensation along the scar and surrounding area. Other than that....just abdominal fat that overhangs and I need to work it off. Eating a good diet for the past seven years alone has…

Yes, I have been doing pre-logging to help plan out my day. I won't do it every day but it does make it easier in my opinion.

Happy to be a motivational partner...I need one too! P.S. Congratulations on the 30 pounds!

WOW! Tough crowd and on my first day here too. Thanks! The malarkey that I am referencing is in terms of keeping my metabolism burning with sufficient calories. I should have expanded....I primarily eat veggies and fruits from our garden along with unprocessed, whole foods. Again, thanks everyone....just trying to get that doubt out of my mind.

Thank you! I simply eat unprocessed foods which has limited sodium and add my own sea salt to control it hence it does not impact eating too much sodium.

I just noticed that too...odd. Fitness Boot Camp was not listed either. I had to log my pilates workout under "yoga"
