As a smoker for over 25 years, who was fat for a lot of them, I can honestly say your post is absolute rubbish. The patches provide a 'fix'. If smoking/patches was so good for you the tabbaco companies would be using that fact to sell more and the governments would encourage it due to the amount of tax they earn.

Not everyone has the biological make up to have a toned body. Have you been toned and muscled before? The body will remember this and start to develop, with the right exercise. If not it does take time and I would suggest you invest in a couple of sessions with a personal trainer to discuss the best exercises for you.

I have a stationery bike, with moveable arms, an air walker, treadmill, vibro plate, pull up bar, 3 sets of weights and a sit up bench - none of which are used.

It's because the skin of the feet will absorb the Vicks. It has also been suggested that putting sliced onions on your feet overnight will also draw out any toxins. Cassandrarodriguez89 is right, there's normally a specific reason as to why your eyes are your best feature. Unfortunately bad make up application/colour choice won't bring out the best in them. Maybe you could invest in a make up session to find out what colours/Styles work for you?

Good guess! I live in rural Meath, so not far from Westmeath. The minimum time I spend at the gym is an hour and a half so the commute is worth it, to me.

Weight gain is a common side effect. I put a few stone on with my first one, then lost it within the last year (with help). I then gained the weight back on with my second one, but I'm finding it hard to lose the weight this time.

Depends on the walk - 10k or less on flat(ish) terrain then will aim for 10 min per KM. Hill walking I don't measure due to walking with a group who all walk at different rates and need different breaks.

I would recommend you go out and log the food at the highest you can on the mfp listings and enjoy, and enjoy the dessert, enjoy the night with your wife. No need to feel ashamed, we're here to help each other. Try bulking your meals with pasta/rice/potatoes as they tend to be cheap but filling. I try and eat half a plate of salad/veg, quarter plate of meat and quarter of rice etc. I think you could check the details you input to make sure you're at the right allowance.

Sometimes the app can overestimate the calories earned in exercise so only eat half back. Personally, I only use them if I feel I need to (usually at the weekend).

I didn't take photos at the start as well. If I could start again I would take the photos and keep them till I was ready to show the 'before and after'.

Breastfeeding will automatically help you lose weight. If you're able I would suggest low impact work like walking and aqua aerobics x

When I'm near my goal weight I'll look at the macros, but for the moment I'm happy enough to try and stick to calorie counting but I do try and eat high protein and low carb when possible.

Don't use the moving handles - I'm under 5ft and find them a nightmare, but if I hold the stationary handle I'm ok.
