Or ones that look like they need a good feed! People wandering around naked - I don't get it either. (And before anyone gets judgy, it doesn't bother me, what others do is their business, But I was brought up to cover up). Plus they're usually carrying their towel...

You could always add scrambled or poached eggs ? Eggs and smoked salmon is lush - poached eggs, potato darks or slimbos with either salmon or ham and spinach/salad/mushrooms is my 'go to' at night when I get home from the gym.

Low calorie hot chocolate made with milk. Snack shots, Curley wurleys, pink & whites, tea cakes and snowballs. If I'm really desperate, popcorn and finally I usually have a stash of sweet stuff for baking so That gets hit.

As an ex smoker I can honestly say that It's a habit, one of the hardest to give up. Your SO may find the crafting therapeutic, she may just want to try new things. (Like myself) Bottom line is if your SO doesn't want to exercise she won't. Talk to her, tell her you're worried about her and that you want to spend time…

Salads, which can be bought ready to eat. Bring a wrap/slimbo and you can make a sandwich to 'bump' it out. John west pouches with fish and rice, the pouches with quinoa and bulgar wheat. Popcorn. I buy the snack packs of raisins/biscuit/chocolate/dried fruit they're handy to keep in the car. Multipacks of individually…

I think the Happy Scale app can predict your future weight.

Good for you! I hope you and your kids are feeling better and all of your health problems are under control/more manageable. You're obviously a determined lady who will succeed at whatever you choose. Good luck x
-
Glad you're only doing basic things, but remember you need to be well to look after your baby so make sure to keep asking for help and look after yourself and don't over-do it. You really don't want any long term problems, just do you could drop a few pounds a bit quicker x
-
How much post c/section are you? Too much too soon can cause long term problems. Your health visitor should be able to advise on what exercises are suitable, good luck x
-
Congratulations on both the baby and the weight loss!!! Make sure to look after yourself and don't overdo it, c/s really are hard on the body x

What about wearing knee/thigh length Lycra shorts under a running skirt, or any skater type skirt if you don't want every bulge/crease on show?
-
Interesting topic - My daughter is heading to Dallas for the summer to work, (from Ireland) then to Houston for a few days before coming home, are there areas she should/shouldn't go? Anything she should know?

Looks like you had a lucky escape ... if someone told me I didn't 'need dessert' I would make sure I had a huge portion just to spite them, and if I needed to work out every day 'for him' I'd tie him to a chair, with his hands behind his back and start 'sparring' with him. Cheeky git needs a good slap!

Fabulous post, well done x
-
Sorry to hear that, hope you're mobile again soon x

Aqua aerobics is good if you could fit it in? Also, I wear one piece swimsuits that have a skirt attached as I'm quite conscious of having every line and crease on show.

If you've lost your appetite try drinking chicken/veg soup so at least you're getting some nutrients. Hope you feel better soon, it's an awful dose of flu that's doing the rounds at the minute x
-
You also need to note that running on a treadmill doesn't have the same impact on your feet and joints that road running does. it's quite a shock to the system when the road doesn't 'soften' the impact and you're literally pounding the pavement'.

Great job

C25K - Couch to 5k - you can download an app or try yourself, walk for a 5 mins, run for 1, walk for 2, run etc and over 8-10 weeks you should be able to run for 30 mins non stop. Remember to walk first to warm up your muscles, walk at the end and do some stretches this will help you cool down. There should be park runs…

You did look good, but you did a great job. I think your eyes are amazing, I can't see them in the 'before' pic x

Poached or fried with a runny yolk. Like served with potato farms, smoked salmon and BBQ sauce, or, of course, a good fry up. ham & mushroom omelette or croissants & salmon if they're scrambled. But one of my all time favourites is egg and chips with a couple of slices of bread and butter and brown sauce. Yum yum x

It takes time to build a habit. Do a few minutes each day and add an extra couple of minutes each day. Maybe change the exercise if you don't enjoy it. A 10 minute walk in the fresh air can do wonders. Be kind to yourself, it's hard to change the habits of a long time but you can do this, you've already started, and that…

I save calories for a low fat sachet of hot chocolate made with milk before I go to bed. It's sweet and filling. And I'll buy snowballs and tea cakes for about 100 cals each do if I really want chocolate then I know how much I'm eating. Knowing I have something to look forward to helps me x
-
I allow myself a sachet of low fat hot chocolate made with milk every night before bed. It gives me a sweet treat to look forward to and will fill my tummy so I won't be hungry going to bed hungry.

I can't comment from all stores but some of my local shops have been know to inject and pour over fat to keep the chickens moist, so you may want to check if this is done, or you're talking crazy calories. Personally, I prefer to buy small chicken breaststroke and roast them myself. But I agree with the main comments about…
