I watched a program where the results were that whether you were a morning or night person would reflect in your training. I’m not 100% sold on this idea but I think it makes sense and does depend on the person. I find swimming in the morning but gym in the evening works best for me.

I didn’t want people (that I knew) to be able to recognize me so I picked the name of a cartoon and 2015 must be the year I signed up, as it doesn’t hold any significant memories for me.

When I started in the gym I told one of the staff what I wanted and asked her to show me how to use the machines. I know of 2 that she didn’t show me how to use properly. One I had seen other people use differently and questioned her on it and she was like ‘yeah you can use it that way’ (but still didn’t show me how to…

Well done on the weight loss x there sure is some nasty people around, unfortunately walking doesn’t seem to do cure their ignorance. I’m on a fb walking group where everyone is supportive, regardless of your reasons/goals and where you could see if there’s anyone in your area, they have members from all over the world.

It’s upto what suits the individual for when they eat. However, the body needs time to shut down and rest, which it can’t do if as efficiently if it’s still digesting, and only getting 4/5 hours of rest.

I like the sandwich thins, only 100 - 110 calories. An extra light cheese triangle instead of butter, meat and salad and maybe some mayo. So for approx 200 I have a tasty sandwich. Served with a mug of homemade veg soup it’s healthy, nutritious and filling.

I also love chocolate, so I make room in my allowance for an options low cal hot choc, made with milk, so I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself.

I was given 1,750 calories per day by a personal trainer who did his masters in nutrition And I’m only 4’11 with an hour of exercise 4/5 times per week. I had a starting weight of 176 pounds.

Lovin Lfe! Commit to be fit! Fit Commit - something short and easy to pronounce or will sound ok if shortened c

I’m 4’11 and happy with my height, but would love to be able to eat more without it showing

Scales and BMIs are tools, other people’s opinions shouldn’t count - how do you feel? How do you feel you look? They are the only things that are important.

I have a much lower calorie allowance and find a low cal hot choc made with milk is enough to fight off the hunger pangs during the night. I can’t sleep if I’m hungry. Don’t worry about the grammar, it says more about them than you if anyone comments on it.
-
Probably looks high to me as the calorie allowance is higher than what I'm used to and I thought it would be higher in carbs.
-
Thanks, but the ratio is 53% protein, 26% fat and 21% carbs. I was also surprised to have so much fat, I don't normally eat that much unless I'm eating junk.

Got a 3 person deal so €220 this year (€175 last year) but that also includes any classes plus a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Could get one cheaper, and closer to where I live, but no pool. Have a stationary bike, treadmill, airwaljer, vibroplate, step and set of weights at home, none of which are ever used. And a mountain…

I'm English, but would love to travel everywhere - biggest current wish is Thailand. TBH, a weekend in Skegness would put a smile on my face, I love to get away.

I would strongly advise against DoTerra - but would advise you go to a health shop and get their advice as to which are the best. DoTerra are not to be ingested, although this is one of their 'selling' points and it's expensive and their 'sales' staff are pushy to the point of being aggressive.
