    Gravity is my enemy!

    I can help with that.

My doctor said he can as well. For the right price of course!

Im cheap. You can pay me in donuts and nachos. My hands are tiny but strong.:)

Would you look at yourself nude and judge what type of fitness and diet you need?
It is all about body acceptance too, but question is anyone share this idea and consider this a positive

I try not to look at myself nude, not a pretty sight ...

Thank you to those that have woo'd my acceptance of my own naked body. It has brought my total woos up to 700.....remarkable feat :)

Self love is wooable? No way, what happened to loving yourself? Oh wait, that makes us arrogant. Lol

Well I’ll tell myself to keep up with the squats and hip thrusts and chest workouts and I like focusing on core as well!
  • Not really liking myself nude at the moment!

ok so i did a video today so i just look at myself nude in a 3rd person, yes i need some fitness help, i am athletic but i seem to got lazy in last few months, i think i need to cut food again, as i have a small gut and ya i just need a transformation. and i was like yuck when i looked at myself lol
  • I'm in too much pain right now to care what it looks like... A body in perfect health is far more valuable at this point

Actually, looking at myself nude is where this journey got started. "Damn, where did those rolls of pudge come from?!?"

I don’t train for health, I train to try to look at least somewhat ok naked. Health is just a side effect of the training.

    Yah pretty much ....same

The only time I enjoy looking at myself in the nude is when there's mirrors on the ceiling.

It’s all about the lighting though

Nudeness is a bit overrated....I like to leave things to the imagination. :#

Gotta be honest it's usually the other way around. I have never once trained for aesthetics, but it's a welcome by product. I've always trained for health and athletic performance, never thought about training to look good on a beach, but yet I rock the Speedo pretty nicely lol! ;)

people generally associate skinny/thin with being healthy even though we know its not the truth.

since you don't train for aesthetics, would you be happy to look like Buddha, but extremely healthy?

My point is, training to be an athlete gives you the aesthetic look while also getting healthy. I would not want to look like Buddha.....but I would also be bored to tears training in isolation of body parts. While I do ocassionally do mix that in, it's a small part of the picture.
