I woke up this morning and got outside. It was an awesome day and felt great. Couldn't help it and we should all be happy with our lives. One thing is we are all here doing the same and helping one another. Might be a little cheesy but I'm def in a good place in life.

Peanuts are good, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, bags of frozen veggies to throw in microwave and steam in bag, fresh veggies, fruit and many more depending on your goals. I would stay away from many store pre made shakes and protein bars. They are full of fat and carbs. Most all snack bars n cereal bars are crap. Hit me up…

You are all right. It's basically the biggest difference between getting there or not. Make little changes and learn how to follow and incorporate each into your daily life. If your using the app to lower your calories then you should be able to tweak them a little more to get rid of those last bits of fat. It's the hardest to loose so up your cardio and lower your daily calorie intake more to get rid of them. I also do HIT cardio after each weight training workout for about 10 to 15 mins. I…
