Day 19 and 20 were a fail as I didn't do anything. Day 21 - 210 seconds complete

Keep forgetting to log here Day 16 - 160 seconds done. Actually had to do this twice because my wife was doing the timer and stopped it at 120 instead of 160. So I had to start again and do the full 160 Day 17 - 170 seconds done Day 18 - 180 seconds done

Day 15 - 150 second plank. Half way through this *kitten*. Is it harder every time? Hell yes! Am I seeing any benefit or results? Yes actually I am. My back feels stronger and my core feels stronger. Each day I increase, the shakes take longer to start.

Day 8 - 80 second plank done (full disclosure, I fell at the 60 second mark but only for 1 second and I tacked it on to the end so I am still counting it)

Day 6 - 60 second plan done. Just so you all know, I hate planks. They are hard and it feels like it will be hell getting to 300 seconds. I will pursevere though.

Day 4 - 40 seconds done. I figured since everyone else is doing this challenge their own way, there is nothing wrong with me going off book and just doing a daily increase of 10 seconds. The end result is the same

@almaddox83 I never want to do another wall sit either. I completed 5:10 today. I also did not reach my milage goal. Only got to 261.21 out of 300 miles
