Forgot to post here yesterday. Lost 3.7 this week I hit my goal of losing 100 pounds in 1 year except I did it 2 months early

Day 8: 40 burpees 40 pushups 40 situps All that in 20 minutes. I worry that if it takes me 20 minutes now, that means around 60 minutes near the end. I hope my enedurance increases at the same rate or better

10 burpees done 10 pushups done with a lot of effort 10 situps done but I need a softer surface. Thanks to all of you for joining me on the challenge. This will be tough. It will be worth it though.
