Cutting out peanut butter - its so calorific. Only drinking coffee (with milk), tea and water.

Running, cycling & rowing. However, walking is also a fantastic exercise...easy to do, can do it anywhere and definitely helps to shuft weight.

I have a gym membership, but most of my exercise is actually from walking. Don't beed a gym membership to walk :)

I've never been a soda drinker. However I really like sparkling water. You might want to consider it as an option or flavored sparkling water which typically has 0 calories. I wouldn't waste calories on soda.

You have the same stats as me. I feel that fitbit is giving me too many calories back.

Thank you! I am tracking through a fitbit.Just want to make sure I am not eating back too many calories. I have lost 3lbs in 2 weeks, but was hoping for 4lbs since I am on 2lbs a week plan - pretty close tho :)
