@seska422 thank you so much. It calmed me down lol. My own thinking doesnt help since I'm a overthinker lol. But yes I'm just down because it took a while for my body to adjust to portion control and now it's out of control and I've been doing very good until now

And I stress eat, so I've been eating like crazy and not having portion control like I did before the weekend.

Yes that's true. I shared around half with my daughter ! So I just put 600 cals which was the rest of my cal for the day. I will be trying to order healthier options when going out!

Yes !! I know they're love handles because they are at the same level as my belly button lol! Hopefully one day theyll go away so I can start wearing dresses! For now I stick to clothes that hide them

Yes but I've read in a article that anything from a take out place can vary! It said it is 800 calories for sesame chicken but I dont know if I believe that ?
