Also I never have thought of this but in total fat count as it shows and the fat counts that show up as negative in red saturated, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats do you have to subtract the from total fat! Always thought they were counted I. The total fat count. Do you have any idea on this?

Yes stayed on track perfect lost over 45 pounds but came to a Gault after a few months. Work out on weights 5 times a week and cardio every day!

I have read to get your body into ketosis mode (fat burning mode) you need to restrict your carbs to 50 or less per day and every 5 to 7 days have a big carb day to spike your system then go back to 50 or less carbs. Not sure if this is healthy or not but what are your thoughts on this?
