Hi all. I downloaded MFP years ago and never used it but I really need to now. In the last 14 months I have had 2 major surgeries which limit my workout ability and have cause me to put on unwanted weight! So motivated friends on here would be great. Also looking for workout tips. Thanks :smiley:
