Everything goes in a small backpack- I don't waste time wih in field patches, just throw a new tube on. I'm more geared toward wilderness/backwoods riding as I live in get lost and turn right and may not see anyone for days in the wilderness. I just added a take down .22 in addition to my sidearm. tube lever pump bladder…

-I can raise or grow everything for my diet on my little homestead -my skinny *kitten* boyfriend doesn't complain of too much "rabbit food" - with my supressed appetite, i don't have to worry about food choices when i leave my cave for civilization, because i'm simply not hungry (and not able to find the caps key on my…

Yeah, i'm not weighing myself until the 8th. But i tracked today!
-
I find tracking is the greatest tool after 3pm. 1see how many calories I have left and make my decisions on that. I got a regular coffee at McD's a few weeks back, first time in over a year I had been to fast food drive through. I noticed the calories posted on everything, tracking is a lot like that for me.

Fat Head is also available on youtube.
-
7/3 tracking completed.
-
Thanks for setting up individual days, it really helps and is a great reminder every morning to start tracking!

1 consistently enter my food, but I tend to eat very similar items so after a few days I end up checking boxes of stored foods. I found without a doubt I eat better being accountable and especially at night I ask myself if I'm really hungry or just thirsty?

I like The Gabriel Method by Jon Gabriel, I really wish Hungry for Change was available in audiobook, but its only indigital pront form.
-
I posted a progress page for 7/2 above, not sure if folks are going to start a new progress page every day, but it's something started in the group page.

I tracked everything, I was a good girl. With this heat its hard to eat a lot, but someone has to, right?

I think the weirdest thing I found was while riding to work through Oakland, an elderly gentleman with no pants or underwear crossed the street right in front of me and just smiled and said "Good Morning!" like nothing was abnormal.
-
I started a progress thread there for today to get the group going. I'm so unoriginal.
-
Bonus!!! Thanks!
-
Is there a group page made as well for day to day threads?? I didn't see a post on it. Maybe I missed it.
-
Thanks for posting that, good reminder!

I have traning wheels on i guess. I tracked , but forgot to post that I did.

My order just came in today, and even though everyone mentioned it, I was alarmed at the amount I had to use to equal 3 stevia drops. Definitely will mix, but since my OP, I'm adapting to the stevia taste. Perhaps i'll try cookng/baking with it, but for now I limit myself to a 1sweetened beverage a day, and trying to lower…

Since I've been on keto I haven't lost sleep, but my sleep time frame has shifted. I get up at breaking dawn (3:30) and crash about 8:30-9 (twilight). Not sure if its coincidence with daylight, but before I was up at 5:30. I do notice I sleep a lot hotter.

New to the group, been an avid mtn biker for 20 years. My old stomping ground was the Bay Area, Bolinas ridge loop was one of my favorite on a hot day but Tilden was my local ride. I now live offgrid in my own private Idaho (literally) and have trails from my cabin to Montana to explore in the wilderness. My new go-to ride…

On Day 11 or 12, who knows. My goal is to produce as much of my own food as possible, minimal processed foods. I've hit up a few of you, but the invitation is open for anyone to add me.

I picked my goal weight from what I was when I was in peak physical condition. This was NOT my lowest weight, but I was doing a Sprint Tri every weekend and biking and kayaking almost every day. You're body settles weight over time. I'm an apple shape, and every time I lose weight, it comes off the legs first, but if I…

You may be a keto dieter if when harvesting your pigs, you are just as concerned with how much lard as bacon and loin you end up with, and know good quality lard costs as much or more than select cuts.
-
I don't have a scale, but the way my clothes fit, I have a solid 100 to lose, but getting below 200 is my immediate goal. Feel free to add as well.

Britzen here, feel free to add!
