I've been making my meals at home and bringing them with me. If I forget or don't have time, I've been trying to go the a grocery store instead of the fast food or gas stations.

Morgan Outdoors in Livingston Manor, NY is running a drawing for people who visit all 5 fire towers in the Catskills by October. Seemed like a good way to get me and my 7 year old out of the house. Red Hill down and 4 more to go. I think we will hit Basham Lake Tower next.

Mine is playing minecraft as I type this. It is good for construction type play without having to step on Legos in the dark. :s I like to play RPG games with him to. We are working our way through to remastered ffx right now. If you haven't played it yet Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch is great. That being said I don't…

Great way to add a sense of purpose to a hike.

I do. It can be a lot of fun. If you are just starting try to look for larger caches with low difficulty ratings. They will help you get a feel for common types of hides. Micros can eventually be fun, but can also be frustrating for a beginner. When logging an essay is not required but most cache owners like it if you say…

How about spinach?

You may want to get out of the house and away from your food source on weekends. If you are getting out of the house make a portion controlled meal you can take with you to avoid restaurant binging.

Good luck both of you.

It's a process. Don't beat yourself up to hard.

If you press the icon at the top of your diary that looks like a pencil you can delete the incorrect entries. It does get easier to log as you go. Things you eat regularly can be found in recent foods for quick selection. I also find the bar scanner option really useful for quick entering foods. Just remember to measure…

Most colleges have nice grounds for walking. Find some people at the college with similar goals. Walking with friends will make it feel less like "exercise" and they can provide you with positive encouragement. Just remember to provide the same for them.

Search for interesting recipes. If you love food then look at your lifestyle changes as an opportunity to try new things. An after dinner walk is not too strenuous and will get you started burning some calories.

Try entering anything you plan to binge on into the diary before you eat it. Seeing the calorie count right in front of you may deter you.

I usually eat before I go in for my shift. I don't usually eat during my overnight, but do drink a lot of water. If it was a busy shift I will sometimes grab breakfast in the early morning.

I would imagine they are about the same because you are not burning them. Also the water is absorbed instead of washed away.

I don't have a gym near me, so I work out at home. The gym gives you a lot of different work out options. What you need to figure out is how convenient is will be for you to go to the gym and if you would go regularly.

I like to hide it in pasta sauce.

You can find a lot on allrecipes.com. I've also been using an app called I'm hungry vegetarian.
-
I don't add them but if I imported a recipe I don't bother deleting them.

That's good. Try not to look at it as a chore though. It makes it hard to stay committed if you are not finding some enjoyable aspects of it. New recipes could give to a chance to improve your skills in the kitchen. Depending of the types of exercise you choose it could be a chance to go to new places and meet new people.

Your veins are not under pressure like your arteries. This is because the pressure is lost when blood moves through the capillaries. In order to return blood to the heart, your veins work like toothpaste tunes. When you move your muscles squeeze the veins pushing the blood forward. You have one way valves in your veins…
