I made baked zucchini fries last night which came out good. I got the recipe off allrecipies. Heat oven to 425. Cut zucchini into fries sized strips. Cover with beaten egg. Roll in mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray and bake for 20 minutes.

Make sure you are drinking enough water. Sometimes hunger is actually thirst. Maybe consider a hobby like hiking or bird watching where it can get you out of the house and away from temptation.

Usually I used the cannola kind from Helmins. I actually like it better than the original.

How I got this way by Patrick McManus. I always like the stories with Rancid Crabtree best.

I would say add 1050 to your BMR. Be careful with the P90x. I tried it a few years ago and got some good results, but it really puts a lot of stress on your joints.

I've never really liked coffee, which is weird since I work nights. I used to drink soda for my caffeine, but switched to caffeine tablets as needed. I usually only need one or 2 a month.

Mashed white beans with spinach. It was okay. I don't think I will make it again anytime soon.
