If you are not at diabetic risk it is probably not a big deal at all. You could try substituting more protein into your snacks. I get a vegetarian vibe from you diary but saw you ate cheese, so I am making the assumption your not a vegan. Try french vanilla flavored whey protein powder in milk. It will replace some of your…

The blog on this site can help you along with exercise and recipes as well. I've been walking for exercise. It's low impact so it doesn't beat your joints up too bad. Deciding what kind of exercise you want to do depends on what you enjoy. If your exercise routine feels like a chore it becomes had to maintain your…

It works without wifi and does work for cycling. Every once in a while I do have trouble trying to change my exercise type without wifi. If I am going hiking I will change the exercise setting before I leave the house.

I also use MAPMYFITNESS. It's made by the same publisher as MYFITNESSPAL.

What kind of group are you searching for? Maybe someone who is already a member could link you in. There is also the possibility that the group you are looking for does not exist. If that is the case you could try creating it yourself.

I tried making some kale chips but didn't really like them. Was never really into chips to begin with.

Soup is simple and filling. You can get or make it in lots of different flavors and styles. Sandwiches and wraps can also be good and varied, as long as you watch your portions. (Bread, cheese, and peanut butter can add up quickly.)

Set some goals and start to plan out your meals. As long as you eat at a deficit and don't expect instant results things should progress.

If you binge and go over your planned calories for q meal try something with low calories but high fiber. I find raw carrots work well.

I agree with KarenJanine, consult with a nutritionist. They will help you set up a reasonable calorie goal and plan meals to make sure you get all the nutrients you need. Right know my goal is set for 1800 calories and I've been losing steadily for the past few weeks. I'm a 5' 6" 36 year old male. In response to your…

Just like it takes a while to lose weight it takes a while to put it on. On average during the holiday season in the US people only put on about 0.5 lb. The binging is not good but the underlying problem is the depression. You need to take steps to correct it possibly including seeing a doctor. Good luck!

You shouldn't as long as you are still eating at a deficit.

As long as you stay within your calorie goal for the day you can eat as often as you need. I work similar hours. You eat and sleep when you can because you don't know when you will get the next chance.

I enjoyed the outdoors and thought hunting added a pleasant added purpose. I never touched a gun until I was 25.

First goose I ever took was with a 16 GA J.C. Higgins.

I started with Mario Bros like most people but the early Megaman games were my favorites.

Dragon Age Inquisition. So far it's OK. Glad I got it from GameFly though because I would not be interested in owning it.

You don't have to if you don't want to. If you do you can hit the ➕ button at the bottom right corner of the app to enter water. Other drinks like juice and milk should be entered as food since they effect your calorie count.

You can have chocolate as long as you stay within your daily calorie goal.

30 lbs is a great start! Even if no one else in the house is looking to lose weight, they may be willing to join you for fitness activities such as walking or hiking.

I'm working a 24 today. I'm doing a 11 hour overtime shift every Thursday this month and got a second job working 12 hour shifts in Fridays.

I enjoy walking, hiking, geocaching, fishing, and hunting.

You could add the food as a recipe or food under the "My Recipes & Foods" section of the app. I haven't pent much time on the main website but I imagine there is a similar section.

A lot of the time grey poop indicates liver problems. There reason poop is brown is because of a pigment called bilirubin. This is the main component in bile which your body uses to emulsify fats. Have you noticed any discomfort when you eat a fatty meal?

Beef jerky is high in protein which can help fend off hunger. The downside is it is supper high in sodium.
