Good luck to you! I would suggest going for a walk, just down a block or 2 or more if you can. Then gradually add 1 more block, then another the time after. Just do what feels comfortable for you. Take a break for a day between if needed. You really don't have to exercise to lose weight, just eat at a calorie deficit. Baby…

Completed Day 7 level 1 and I tried level 2 to see what the moves were. I think I like level 2 a little more :) Thanks for the inspiration Candy! You are kicken some serious butt

Hi, I tried 30 day shread the other day and only got through the first 20 mins. That stuff is tough! I got discouraged. I'll keep trying. I don't own the dvd but found it on youtube :) PLEASE ADD ME!!! I'm going to start again today even if it's the same 20 mins :) ~Christine

I will definetly see my doc about the back pain. My husband seems to think it's because of the pressure on your heels when walking down hill. Just asked google about the swelling and it says it's from fluid being rushes into your arms when swinging them (kind of like when you shake the ink down in a pen when it runs low)…
