My son was born with severe hypoglycemia. He's 17 and won't listen to me about the carbs....argh! My husband has Chrohns and is finally starting to listen and has cut a huge amount of carbs out. Trying to get him off the glutamine though is tough. It's a start.

I feel amazing! I have noticed my arthritis is 90% better. My joints feel more lubricated. I am remembering things better. My skin is really dry though. My mood is more positive, not so grumpy. Loads of energy! Have ZERO cravings for sweets, which is amazing for me, that's why I started LCHF. Diabetes is bad on both sides…
