i am trying to consume a lot of water but sometimes i forget:( oh and i also drink protein powder after my work outs. I forgot to mention that. so you are saying weight lifting may be the culprit for the water retention? P.S. thank you for info btw:)

Currently i am 139.5 and my goal weight so far is 132. I have a surgery coming up on 29th and after that i wont be able to work out for a month or so. So i set a goal and want to get a little bit in shape before I have the surgery:)
