  • I have been stuck for about a month or so. I do weigh stuff and no don't eat back exercise calories. Regardless if I work out my goal is 1200 cal a day max 1250. According to calculations my body needs 1700 to maintain. Any calories burned exercising is just an added bonus of calories deficit that day..thats how I look at…
