I try and avoid milk unless I'm given it at work or college by head chef. I drink coconut but maybe I should swap it for soya milk? Someone pointed out to me pork is high in fat which is what I had

I'd agree if it was nuts bit iisn't fat from other foods saturatedand bad? I stayed in my goal though, so that's one achievement :P

It was pork and 64g which I really didnt think was too much meat? The chips were just Tesco oven chips. I didn't realise pork was a fatty meat, maybe I'll just stick to chicken. Thank you for replying and answering x

Chocolate spread. Yeah it isn't healthy or low cal anyway but yknow where it says 'each table spoon contains 85cal'? Well on the back it says that's for 15g. 15g is a non heaped TEASPOON.

Omg I do similar. Except I wake up in the night. Try sugar free mints - mint suppresses your hunger. Also I know zero calorie drinks arnt the best but better than 38373cals of chocolate right? So leave one by your bed so if you get hungry drink that. Has flavour and if its fizzy fills you up. Just use straw or your teeth…

I sometimes binge eat too, I feel crappy after though. So next time I feel the urge to binge I remwber how disgusting it made me feel. Also I'm guessing you binge on calorific and fattening foods? Oh im not under weight my bmi is 21.5 and I'm really big. I am eating under the recommended but having this weight makes me feel like I have no control or anything and it disgusts me.

I've had hormone checks before as part of my mental health asssemnt in 2012 and they came back normal. They wouldn't haven't changed in a year would they!? Think I'm just gross ha
