don't starve yourself to try too make up for the excess. You'll probably end up being super hungry and eating worse. Your next meal should be healthier, focus on protein and veggies as everyone's mentioned. You'll eat more some days and less the others. Don't dwell on it, but if you want you have a longer work.

That is of help, it's encouraging :D I think I'm repeating the 20 min run part another 4-5 times at least before I dare go forward. Then I shall be as courageous as you sign up for a 5k in which I will probably crawl from exhaustion after the first 3 seconds of running #goals. Good job and good luck.

I think you should rely more on your heart rate monitor. Cardio machines are notorious for exaggerating the calories burned.
