i followed the above guide and i did also reset my watch. now it says its connected. i still dont see the food updated in S health and i dont see the steps updated in MFP. lets see tomorrow

other workout doesn't calculate the heart rate. but its good you have a Polar and you should know how many calories you burn on a weight lifting session . i am not referring to cardio here. let me know when you discover the best activity to run on a weight lifting session

it worked initially now it doesn't connect

it was syncing with MFP properly then i did install UA record and all collapsed . i did all the above steps and still not luck to sync .
