  • Thank you for all the help. I do need to make sure I count every bite. I weighed 176.8 and now weigh 169.8. I don't do anymore exercise then my steps as I'm exhausted after work but I'm going to try just 10 minutes of HIIT and see if that helps me plus drinking more water. I do feel better.
  • Thanks. I will try that. I think carbs are my enemy but I can't go without bread totally.
