Sending you strength! As someone who's struggled with depression I know how hard it can be to balance sadness/emptiness and everything else. Maybe try some Pilates or yoga instead of a more intense workout? Or go for a walk/bike ride around your neighborhood and enjoy interesting sights outdoors.

1) learn to enjoy the calm before the storm because there will be several. 2) focus on the positive, but learn from the negative as well. 3) stop attaching your self worth to the idea of being skinny. (still working on it) 4) drink more water and sleep. 5) say thank you more often!

Apparently my TDEE is 1,979 when I'm least active and 2,412 when I'm average (activity 5 days/week). I'm not sure if that's still true if I'm dancing 5 days per week (like teaching all day plus class) and then pulling 60-120 minutes of cardio a few days as well. I swear I've fried my metabolism.
