Not weird at all I do that too! Actually I think it's a much better motivation than looking at some unrealistic model pictures and aim for photo-shopped bodies! Sometimes look at a photo from a couple of years ago and can't believe that was me! It will be me again though :smile:

I prepare lots on one of my days off. Big fan of my slow cooker for main meals and stuffing the freezer full of home-made 'ready' meals.
