Me: 3 LNS:1 Usually when I go over I force myself to go for a walk. You can easily burn 250 calories in a half hour. Walk 15 minutes one way and 15 minutes back. I use Runtastic and it syncs to MFP. Works for me :)

I totally get what you are saying, but don't focus on the number on the scale. Focus on your inches around your waist, arms, legs, bust, whatever! You could weigh the same for a while, yet you could be trimming inches and not even know it!

Also, if you start jogging or running you will pass gas during and afterwards. That bumhole becomes a loose cannon.

I don't know if this happened with anyone else, but I feel gross after I eat a bunch of raw vegetables. I did some reading online and it gets worse before it gets better. I feel queasy when I eat healthy because I went in full force and cut out all junk which was a shock to my body and it had to get used to working harder…
