Silly Ways to Get Back Into The Green Zone
Last night, I was -74 in the red zone. I didn’t want to complete my diary with it so I walked in circles in my driveway for ten minutes to get back into the green zone! My neighbors must have thought I was a crazy person! What are some things that you guys have done to get back in the green?
