Posting pics as a status on Iphone?

With the new layout, I’m unsure how to post pictures unrelated to weight loss. I just want to update friends on other aspects of my life by posting pictures and now I don’t know how! How do you post a picture via a status?

    Agree. Update is a total cluster for iOS users. Thankfully, someone told me how because I couldn’t figure out for the life of me how to do it anymore, and I consider myself computer savvy.

    Go to the new dashboard

    Click on weight.

    This comes up:

    Select any unused day and proceed as before.
