My tips would be: Drink a lot of water. Spread your meals out through the day. For example if you are having 3 meals a day, have 4-6 instead but smaller potions.

Nice one haha, well do you like fish? I have been having a lot of fish lately. Like salmon, cod and smoked haddock. I love it, full of protein!

Stick at it, be consistent. Take small steps, they will lead to bigger ones after. I have just came onto the community ,this is my first time. Ive actually made use of this app and I've lost 14lbs in 3 weeks, I'm actually doing well and sticking at it. I'm glad and it feels good. Don't know why I didn't do this earlier.…
