Nice one haha, well do you like fish?

I have been having a lot of fish lately. Like salmon, cod and smoked haddock. I love it, full of protein!

I love fresh fish and seafood. Been eating a lot of ocean trout - can only get farmed salmon here which I won't eat, so ocean trout seems to be a good option.

Crispy skin, just cooked.... Delicious! At the moment it's with stir fried vegies cooked in coconut oil and butter, but that's only because I'm doing comp prep and sticking to a meal plan.

That sounds great. Fresh fish is the best, I will try some trout :)

Tuna and apples! Sometimes I'll melt American cheese on tuna (with a little light mayo and dill relish mixed in) and eat it with apples. Yummy!

But sometimes I just eat plain tuna with salt and pepper too.

Starting to love salsa on foods, will have to try tuna!

depends on the ingredients I have available, but for canned tuna I will eat it with: ranch dressing, relish, apples, cheese, garlic, onion, lettuce, spinach, cabbage, carrots, green onion, bell peppers, cucumber, etc.

The ranch dressing is a must, but the rest of it all depends on what I have in the fridge.

I like to mix tuna and avocado. It's pretty good that way. Or just throw it on top of some spinach and make a salad.

I don't like fish, but I love tuna, salmon, trout, herring (included kippers and sardines), and mackerel :#

I love seafood, but hate scallops and dislike crab :s

Tuna with a bit of marinara and parmesan on top. Bake and serve with one cup pasta. Very satisfying.

5 oz tuna in water, drained. 2 hard boiled eggs. 2 hard boiled egg whites. 2 Tbsp low-fat sour cream. 1/4 tsp paprika. 1 large or 2 small avocado, chunks. Mix all together & serve on flat outs or save on calories and make lettuce wraps. Serves 5 - 1/2cup per serving

I usually mix in olive oil, mustard and/or mayo, depending on what I'm in the mood for. Sometimes I just mix it with pickled hot peppers and nothing else.

I have a tuna salad recipe that made me fall in love with it all over again. It has hummus and spinach, I believe. Though I will use any dark green leafy thing.

Sounds disgusting, but here it is: One can of tuna, drained. One small can of baby peas, drained. 1-1/4 cups of crushed potato chips, with 1/4 cup reserved for topping. One can of cream of mushroom soup. Mix all but the 1/4 cup of reserved potato chips in a small casserole dish. Top with 1/4 cup of crushed potato chips. Heat in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. My kids LOVED this!

Tuna & pesto sauce, tuna & Patak's Hot Lime Pickle. Both amazing, one Italian inspired, one Indian inspired.
