Hi! I turned 30 in March to. Trying to get the body I've always wanted. Can't do fad diets ( they never last), I'm just eating what i like in smaller quantities. I feel that's more sustainable. :)

Hi! You've got the same goal as me. I want to lose 2lb a week until my birthday too (March 29). I'm at 1200 calories but often go under.

Well done!! Continue to celebrate all the changes you notice, especially it that 1 stone mark. ☺

It's been a while since I've breastfed (son's now 10). Maybe try eating how you used to and see if there are any changes in supply. If so adjust accordingly until supply is at a good level.

Depends on the individual. I think cheat days are good so you don't feel like you're missing out on things you might crave and cause you to undo all the hard work you put in. If a cheat day seems too much then a cheat meal may be an idea.

Log everything and weigh what you eat to get correct calorie amount. :)

I would ignore your assumed starting weight. Take an accurate weight and use that day as your starting point. Weighing your food really helps. :)

@Armygirl34 I have started a new journey recently, want to lose 50lbs, and have had days that are really bad but not letting them deter me. Trying to be consistent on here so I can see what my biggest vices are and make better choices. Slowly but surely I'll get there. :)

I'm the same. Sometimes you just think what's the point, you start but can't keep it up. The good thing about this is it will kerp you accountable but don't worry if you don't complete the week being good. Next week's goal can be to do better until every week is a good week. :)

Hi your goals sound like mine. I don't just want yo lose weight but be strong and healthy too. Am a bit of an emotional eater and my weight has gone up and down over the years. Now hoping to lose for good.
