  • You can be thin and still have cellulite, but there are things you can do to reduce the appearance. Make sure you're drinking enough water, and try foam rolling and dry brushing to increase blood flow :)
  • Check your form first. If everything's good to go there, make sure you're sleeping enough, drinking enough water, eating your veggies, stretching, and moving (gently) the day after your workout. Otherwise, certain vitamin deficiencies can cause excessive soreness.
  • Low carb can cause hormonal imbalances, thyroid problems, and a host of other health issues. Each of these, in the end, can lead to weight gain or just make it really hard to lose weight. It can work in the beginning, but too low carb isn't worth it.
