Hello!! I hope it’s not too late to join in. Having been off MyFitnessPal for a while, I feel like I am spiralling downwards again to weight gain, headaches and feeling lethargic all the time. Desperate to get back on track again. Has anyone tried intermittent fasting? Thinking of giving it a go

It's been a week!! And the best thing I could've done is finally join the gym and not make excuses of a busy work schedule. Feel better even though every muscle in my body is aching. Starting Feb weight:61.8kgs 5/2 - 59.7kgs Goal for Feb is 58kgs Weigh in on Sundays!! ☺️

Yup same here!! Jan was a total fail for me but we are still at the beginning of the year so all is not lost!! Hoping to loose at least 3 kgs in Feb and start working out at least 15-30 mins everyday!!

I am in too!! Just booked our honeymoon for May this year (so excited) and need to shed those extra kilos before then. My goal is to loose at least 3 kgs this month. Starting weight: 61.8kgs Goal weight: 55kgs February goal: 3kgs Weighing in on Sunday's 5/2 12/2 19/2 26/2 Exercise: 15-30 mins daily!!

Hi. Firstly congratulations that you're getting married!! I got married in September '16 and lost quite a bit of weight for it. It is difficult but do able esp as the motivation is strong!! Unfortunately, I let myself go a bit after and I am back to square one!! We are planning on going for our honeymoon in May this year…

I think maybe that's what I was doing wrong all along. Depriving myself of all the food I like completely instead of replacing it with smarter healthier options or cutting down on my portion size. Like I completely gave up chocolate and then after a few weeks when I lost all motivation I overdid it instead of having a bit…

Yes definitely eat eggs!! Just the whites though as cholesterol on the higher side for some reason. These all sound like good recipes can't wait to try them all out! Much appreciated

Bbq roasted chickpeas sounds delicious. Beans/chickpeas is such a great source of fibre and protein!! Must try it as a snack
