Snacking on nuts? Good or bad!!
I am a big fan of nuts - cashew pistachio walnuts. And like to snack on these (in moderation). However, it really bumps up the daily calorie intake. Plus it's good fat!! Not sure what to do as I then exceed my total goal!!

Coconut oil - good or bad for you?
I have read conflicting evidence on the Internet of the use of coconut oil to cook food. I usually use olive oil but once in a while use coconut oil too. Should I be using more of this?

I joined myfitnesspal earlier this year and was doing brilliantly for a good number of weeks and now have completely lost the will and motivation to continue things and have slipped back into my bad habits these past few weeks.....so been piling the pounds on again. Fresh start!!
