Bending down to put my socks on and my huge stomach felt like it was twisting and I got a sharp pain at the top (Under rib cage), going on holiday in my bikini and looking like I was 8 months pregnant while having other holiday makers stare at me because I was having a beer (they alas did not know I was just fat...)…

Thanks, it was my idea to do the cardio on the rest days and he did say if you can manage it... (I guess even though I want to lose a 1lb a week secretly I would like it to be faster without sacrificing calories...) but tbf we will see...

Hi, yes same routine for a month then a new one, basically we agreed that first we will "lean me out" then get me stronger... Oh yes all new exercises when I first joined and was doing my "routines" I was a bit sore but nothing like I am today which makes me wonder exactly what I was doing on my own to not feel like this…

50grams of Natural peanut butter (No salt, sugar, additives ect) with a quarter of a cucumber cut into long thick strips. Used the peanut butter as a dip....was to die for! Swear I could eat it all day if it wasn't so high in calories, but a great afternoon snack!

I ran (albeit not very fast) for 8 minutes solid on the treadmill...2 weeks ago I could only manage 3 minuets :)
