Thanks all. Like I said I know it's irrational, just need to rest get better and crack on with it again I can still count calories just do it from my sofa for a few days instead. Tiff I hope you pick up soon x

Neeeeever take my sugar! Although if it's really too much how about dropping it for 2 weeks then introduce it back in the right portion/calorie size sometimes people need to take a break. I had to with pizza just so I could reward myself with it rather than gorge it x

Don't drop down to 1200 cals set to lose one pound a week and eat back 70% of exercise calories if you have set yourself at sedentary. Good luck! I also have 50lbs to lose I'm 190 and 5ft7.5 all of you can add me if you want xxx

That's a tough. If you're truly hungry then a 100 cal snack it might take you over but there's nothing worse than trying to sleep when your hungry.

Bribery. I have two children aged 8 and 5. The youngest is convinced she hates all veggies. So I bribe her with a treat/ ipad time if she eats all her dinner. We have this tv show in the UK called take me out its a really cheesy dating show and I cant believe how excited I am to get in my jammies eat pizza and watch braincell killing tv :) I adore chicken wings I am excited to try my own take on them fingers crossed they turn out good :)

My son is 8 and has aspergers, one day he went into great detail about how fat I was even pointing out each fat part of my body. It was brutal but tbf also true. It didn't click with me then only 7 months later. Dust yourself off and try again it takes 21 days to break a habit just take each day at a time x
