When you're not feeling well
So today I woke up with a sore throat, headache and that feeling of sluggishness. I had breakfast, dropped the kids to school and went to the gym. I could only get through one circuit before I admitted defeat and went home and slept for three hours. I know it's irrational to be mad at myself for not finishing my work out…

Ughhh!!!!
I calculated my pasta wrong!! I thought it was 100gram dried it was 100gram cooked so I've added an extra 270 calories on to my total today!! Royally bugged right now :|

Excited....Pizza night
So tonight is home made pizza, coleslaw, chicken wings and wedges night... I have been waiting 2 weeks for this night so YAY! What food do you look forward too?

When it's cold brrrrrr
Do you find yourself more hungry when the temperature drops and if so how do you cope? I'm struggling and find myself going over at the most between 100-150 calories (my limit is 1500, stats are a 33 female of 188lbs at 5ft 7.5inch)

Hi all, so I basically started my "new outlook on life" 6 weeks ago (a week off because I was on holiday...) and joined the gym. For the first 4 weeks I went to the gym 4-5 days a week doing the usual cardio and a couple of machines, not really knowing what to do ect.. Went on holiday for a week put back on the 4lbs I lost…
