Did you mean Foodmap? Or fodmap? (No snark intended) either way I have no idea what this is and it would be interesting to hear.

She means "FODMAP." It's a diet that limits certain carbohydrates, designed to address IBS symptoms.

I haven't done a strict FODMAP elimination diet, but I do try to limit my intake of those foods. It's helped my IBS symptoms tremendously.

Thats what I think im going to do just eliminate as much as posible but its hard to eat out if you cant eat wheat. I will eat toast for breakfast but white bread when we go out but other wise try to keep it gluten free.

We're going out tonight. So I had eggs for breakfast and a salad (with no bad FODMAP ingredients) for lunch. So if I have a bit of bread tonight I'm still keeping my total FODMAP intake for the day low. It works fairly well for me, but it's all very individual.

For breakfast, you can eat eggs and bacon. Or Rice Chex cereal with not dairy milk or yogurt.
For restaurants order meat and potatoes (sweet potatoes or white) and vegetables that are on your list like carrots, green beans, zucchini, broccoli,
